This is a coming-soon website operated by Cox Technologies. It does not currently offer account creation, purchases or file uploads. We have not added advertising pixels or visitor analytics tools.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Serving a page involves processing technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Cloudflare may process security logs and use security-related cookies or similar technology to protect the service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

Emailing us

If you email support@stitchbinder.com or info@stitchbinder.com, we receive your email address, name if provided, message and any attachments you send. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot and keep relevant correspondence.

Cloudflare forwards these messages to our Cox Technologies mailboxes, hosted through Google Workspace. Our email providers process messages to deliver and protect the service. Contacting us does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list. Please avoid sending sensitive information or purchased embroidery design files.

Sharing and retention

We use hosting and email providers to run this website and handle enquiries. We do not sell your contact information or share it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the service.

We retain correspondence as needed to handle your enquiry, follow up on support and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention processes.

Your choices

You can ask about information you have sent us, request a correction or ask us to delete it by emailing info@stitchbinder.com. We may need to verify the request and retain records where required. The rights available to you depend on where you live.

Apps and future services

This notice covers the public website and enquiries. App accounts, cloud storage and purchases will have their applicable privacy information and service terms presented before those services open to the public. We will update this notice when the website’s practices change.
